Diwali, an auspicious occasion to celebrate the victory of good over evil and the triumph of light over darkness. The festival gets its name from the row(avali) of clay lamps(Deepa) that Indians light outside their homes to symbolize the inner light that protects from spiritual darkness.The school premises witnessed melodious prayer towards the Almighty. The celebration started with lamp lighting by the Director of the school, Mr. Sanjeev Gupta alongwith the Academic Heads and other teachers. It was followed by Ram stuti and enactment on Significance of Diwali. Dance performance paying our gratitude to Lord Ganesha, Goddess Laxmi and Goddess Saraswati mesmerized everyone. The celebration ended up with the enthralling dandiya performance of teachers.
