The special assembly of XII-A on the topic, “Get away with your stress and give way to happiness: Mental Wellness”, was celebrated in the school premises today. Being mentally fit these days is as important and vital as being physically fit. To spread awareness about the same, XII-A enlightened everybody with incredible and motivating performances. The assembly commenced by thanking the almighty with chanting of Gayatri Mantra and singing the school song. The students were updated about the latest news headlines. An inspiring thought was also shared with the students. A Nukkad Natak was performed followed by a music performance describing the struggles of today’s youth and how to cope with them. An awakening and interactive Ted Talk was also presented. The Vice Principal ma’am shared her kind and encouraging words of wisdom with the students.

A spirit of patriotism wafted through the air as the assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
