Title : Class Assembly (V A)

Let’s give our girls the confidence to always know their self worth, the strength to chase their dreams, and the wings to fly and achieve what they are capable of!’

The students of class 5th A (Daffodil) presented a thought provoking assembly on the theme, ‘International Day of Girl Child’ which is an internationally observed day.

The assembly was initiated with auspicious Gayatri Mantra followed by thought of the day and news headlines. The poem invoked the conscience of all. Through a wonderful Street play, students gave the message that we must give equal importance to girls in the society. The students gave a dance performance on a beautiful and heart touching song. The assembly proved to be a success in provoking the thoughts. The introduction of ‘Poshan Maah’ took place which is celebrated by the school for inculcating the good habits to lead a healthy and nutritious life in the students. The assembly concluded by prize distribution to the students who proved their metal in various endeavors.

It was a stupendous assembly!
