De Indian Public School commemorated an extraordinary event, seamlessly blending the spirit of Independence Day with the solemnity of the Investiture Ceremony (2024-25). The proceedings commenced with an esteemed welcome extended to the Chief Guest, Shri Hari Ram Gupta, the Chairman of the school, accompanied by the Manager of the School, Mr. Sanjeev Gupta, along with other distinguished guests, including members of the PTA and the honored parents of our newly appointed Student Council.
The ambiance was elevated by the School Band’s rousing musical tribute as our guests of honor arrived. Following this, the newly elected Student Council, exemplifying poise and discipline, led a dignified March Past, which set the tone for the day’s ceremonial activities. The highlight of the event was the conferral of badges upon the Student Council and Prefectorial Board members. It was followed by the ceremonial Flag Hoisting ceremony. The audience was captivated by a profound poem, an evocative instrumental music performance, and inspiring speeches delivered by the Head Boy and Head Girl.
The event culminated with a powerful ballet performance, which artistically portrayed the struggles and triumphs of today's youth, positioning them as the contemporary guardians of our nation's freedom.
