Age Criteria For Pre School1 (Balvatika 1/Nursery):

The child should be 3+ as on March 31, 2026.
(Born between 01.04.2022 and 31.3.2023)

The age relaxation for admission of up to 30 days can be considered in the minimum & upper age limit.

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION FOR SESSION 2026-27:

  • Read the Procedure, Schedule for Admission, Neighbourhood Criteria carefully.
  • pplication Forms will be available for Pre School 1 (Balvatika 1/Nursery) from 04.12.2025 (Thursday) to 27.12.2025 (Saturday).
  • Fill up the Application form for Registration and ensure that all columns are complete. Incomplete form will not be accepted. Recheck all the details carefully before clicking on “Submit” as no corrections will be allowed later.
  • Proceed for payment of Registration fee of  25/-.
  • After payment, take out the print out of the form and paste the required photographs.
  • It is compulsory for Father and Mother to sign the form in person.
  • Kindly attach the attested photocopies of the following documents:
    a) Birth Certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
    b) Aadhar Card of the child is Mandatory for Admission as per DoE.
    c) Aadhar Card of both the Parent's is Mandatory.
    d) Proof of Residence Address - Passport/ Registered Lease Deed/ latest paid Electricity, Water or Telephone Bill/Election I-card/ Aadhar Card issued in the name of the parent. In case of rental accommodation, the Registered Rent Agreement.
    e) In case of sibling applicants, the copy of the school Identity Card / latest fee slips of the sibling studying in the school.
  • Submit the hard copy of the Application Form along with the other documents at the school reception and also get the original documents for verification to collect the receipt of submission.
  • In case, parents find any difficulty in filling the form, they can contact at the Reception in the school and get assistance @ 011-47586215, 011-27050252/53/54, 8800886300
  • Original documents are to be produced at the time of admission for verification.
  • The Application Form can be submitted on any working day from 8:30 am to 03:00 pm.
  • The last date for submission of Application Form is 27.12.2025 (Saturday) by 03:00 pm for Pre School 1 (Balvitika 1/Nursery).

NOTE:-

  • It is mandatory to submit the hard copy of the Application Form along with photocopies of the required documents to be eligible for admission.
  • Only one registration per child is allowed. Multiple entries / Applications of the same child will lead to cancellation of registration.
  • Admission is subject to verification from original documents. If the information provided by the parent is found to be incorrect at any point of time, registration will be cancelled.

  • The School does not sell Prospectus.
  • There will be no weightage for parent’s qualification, occupation and financial status.
  • There will be no interview of the child and the parents. However, a general interaction will take place with the Competent Authority.
  • Google Map will be used to calculate distance from the School.
  • The Application Form is also available at the School Reception from 08:30 AM – 03:00 PM on all working days.
